Job Description
As a Server, you'll be the face of our venue, providing guests with a warm welcome and an exceptional dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that every guest leaves with a smile. We are looking for friendly, energetic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a genuine passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
• Food & Beverage Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of our menu, including our specialty dishes, cocktails, and alcoholic coffees, to provide recommendations and answer guests' questions.
• Order Management: Ensure orders are communicated effectively to the kitchen / bar staff and delivered to guests in a timely manner.
• Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas, including resetting tables promptly.
• Team Support: Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
• Handling Payments: Process guest payments accurately, using the point-of-sale system.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, or café environment is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly and outgoing personality with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, including cocktails and specialty coffees, is a plus.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
