Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and eager to join a dynamic team in the automotive industry? We are looking for a Service Advisor to become a part of our Bedford-based team representing Fiat, Alfa Romeo, and Jeep.
Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Welcome customers, address inquiries, and resolve any complaints with a friendly demeanor.
• Vehicle Diagnostics: Listen to customer concerns regarding vehicle issues, document details, and communicate effectively with mechanics.
• Technical Communication: Translate technical information from mechanics into easy-to-understand terms for customers.
• Appointment Management: Schedule customer appointments, drop-offs, and pick-ups efficiently.
• Repair Estimates: Provide accurate estimates for repair costs and times, advising customers on repair options versus part exchanges.
• Service Recommendations: Suggest additional services tailored to the customer’s needs.
• Invoicing: Prepare and finalize accurate invoices upon completion of vehicle services.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications:

• A genuine passion for customer service
