We are recruiting for a Service Advisor to join our team in Hull

About You

You must be able to work as part of a team of Service Advisors in a busy, fast past and rewarding environment. Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance in this role.

As a Service Advisor your duties will include dealing with all customers in a professional and prompt manner, portraying a positive first impression of the Service Department. Advising Customers on technical queries and issues they may have, you will be first point of contact for booking in vehicles into the workshop for work to be carried out, informing customers of the progress of their vehicle.

You will be expected to carry out pre and post appointment customer care calls, so an ability to take on feedback and apply it is a must!

You must hold a current valid clean driving license.

Hours

Working hours will be: Mon- Friday alternate weeks 8.00 -17.30 / 8.30 – 18.00 and 1 in 3 Saturdays 8.30 -12.30
