We have a new vacancy for a service advisor role at CSM Garage Services Ltd.
What will you be doing?

• Efficiently handling customer enquiries and queries over the phone, via email and also in person
• Understanding customer needs and noting vehicle requirements
• Booking work in workshop diary in line with workshop capacity
• Pricing and ordering parts as required
• Booking and handing over loan vehicles
• Explaining work both required and carried out on customer vehicles ensuring customer understanding and authorisation
• Taking payments

To be considered for this role you should have

• Previous experience in a busy service environment
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good technical knowledge and be able to explain faults to customers
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Good time management
• To have worked in an automotive environment would be beneficial
