Service Manager (Trucks) - £45,000 - £50,000
Excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Manager to work for a niche truck company who are based in the Lisburn area. It is an exciting time to join the company as there is huge investment planned for this site over the next few years with the building of their new state of the art new facility. Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for a Service Supervisor, Supervisor Co-ordinator, Service Administrator and a small team of Service Engineers. On offer is a salary of £45,000 - £50,000, bonus, van, 30 holidays, pension, death in service and a healthcare package.
Role – Service Manager
The purpose of the role is to deliver and maintain outstanding levels of Customer Service, Support, Vehicle availability and Compliance with a professional business image whilst developing and supporting the continued growth of the Rental, Service & Contract business streams. This to be done whilst maintaining & exceeding budgeted profit, margin and revenue targets.
Person – Parts & Service Advisor
· Recent experience working as a Service Manager in either a Truck, Car Dealership, Construction Plant, Forklift, Agricultural Machinery, Plant Hire, Powered Access or similar environment is essential.
