Job Overview
We are seeking service staff to join our team at Nam Ploy in providing exceptional service in a bustling dining environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
The position will require you to work front of house; taking orders, running orders to customers, preparing orders for delivery/collection, assisting customers with use of ordering apps, preparing tables, maintaining the cleanliness of customer areas, assisting the chef with clean down at the end of day.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and taking orders
- Present menus and explain menu items
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Check on customers to ensure satisfaction with their meals
- Process payments and issue receipts
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
Experience
- Fluent in English
- Ability to analyse customer needs and upsell products
- Strong data entry skills for order processing
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for diverse customer interactions
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £6.40-£11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 30 per week
