We are renovating a shop and we need new Shop Assistants to join our team !! As a Shop Assistant, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and assisting with various tasks in the shop. If you are a motivated individual with strong communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you !
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and answer customer inquiries
- Assist customers with finding the right products and making purchasing decisions
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
- Receive and stock inventory as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shop operations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills:
- Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Strong skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Bilingual/multilingual skills are highly preferred
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
