  • Regularly review work areas and services to prevent service strikes.

  • Complete Quality Assurance forms for each work section, accurately reflecting as-built construction.
  • Obtain timely sign-off from the client.
6. Data Management:
  • Review daily Allocation Sheets.
  • Highlight additional works, missing items, and address poor record-keeping.
  • Provide accurate records to the Commercial team.
7. Mass Haul Coordination:
  • Collaborate with the Mass Haul Manager.
  • Assist with quantities, locations, and material types based on day-to-day activities.
8. Team Leadership:
  • Supervise apprentice and work-placement engineers.
  • Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring efficient time management.
  • Motivate junior team members by assigning challenging responsibilities.
9. Survey Support:

  • Ensure construction progress is not hindered due to the absence of a surveyor.
Qualifications:
  • A-Levels or equivalent; A in Mathematics, B in Physics or Chemistry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in construction site engineering.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
