Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Site Manager to support our site management team in delivering home improvement projects.
The role involves overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Site Manager to support our site management team in delivering home improvement projects.
The role involves overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Director in the planning, co ordination, and execution of home improvement projects, including renovations, extensions and refurbishments.
- Supervise and manage subcontractors and tradespeople to ensure work is carried out efficiently and according to project specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance addressing any issues promptly
- Coordinate the delivery and storage of materials, ensuring availability on-site as needed.
- Liaise with clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or changes to the project scope.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, timesheets, and health & safety documentation.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant building codes, regulations, and health & safety standards.
- Support the Director in managing project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Previous experience in a construction or site management role, preferably within the home improvement sector.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and health & safety regulations.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
- Problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
- Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid CSCS/SSTS/SMSTS card and a clean driving licence are essential.
