As we continue to grow to over 150 projects we are seeking a skilled and versatile Multitrade Operative to join our team.
Position Summary: As a Multitrade Operative, you will play a crucial role in our mission to provide timely and expert services. You will be responsible for carrying out various jobs efficiently and to the highest standard. This role requires a versatile skillset, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

• Groundworks
• Bricklaying
• Roofing
• Plastering
• Carpentery
• Plumbing
• Tiling
• Collaborate with other team members, and suppliers to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, leaving each job site in a presentable condition.
• Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
• Adhere to project schedules and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a multitrade operative or similar role
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping purposes.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Own tools required
