Social Care Assistant

Recruiting for social visits across both North and South Lanarkshire.
JKL Care Services has been an established registered domiciliary care service since 2019 with the purpose of combating social isolation and social exclusion within our communities. Together our team now works across both North and South Lanarkshire enabling the most vulnerable adults within our communities to live their lives to their fullest potential with both our assistance and love.

What JKL offer:

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and preferences
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and cleaning
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Document client care activities and report any changes in client's condition to the supervisor
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred previous experience working with service users with multiple sclerosis would be an advantage
- Compassionate and caring nature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Reliable transportation to travel to client's homes

Pay: Up to £12.75 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week
