• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) with at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience using Service Now SAM Pro.
• Proven experience in managing software assets, software license compliance, and cost optimization within an enterprise environment.
• Experience with Service Now ITSM modules (Asset Management, Incident Management, Change Management) and working knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Strong knowledge of Service Now SAM Pro configuration, administration, and best practices.
• Proficiency in creating and customizing Service Now reports, dashboards, and workflows related to software asset management.
• In-depth understanding of software licensing models, vendor agreements, and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with software license audit processes and managing software entitlements and contracts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in software asset management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Service Now Certified SAM Pro or other relevant Service Now certifications are preferred.

ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
