• Lead and execute end-to-end implementation projects of our Concept Evolution, Concept Reach, Concept Workflow Pro, and FSI Go software solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique requirements and configure the software accordingly.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within defined timelines and budget.

• Manage data migration and uploading processes, ensuring accurate and seamless transfer of data from legacy systems to our software platforms.
• Conduct data cleansing, transformation, and validation activities to maintain data integrity.

• Analyze clients' existing business processes and provide recommendations for optimization and automation using our software solutions.
• Design and document efficient and streamlined workflows that align with clients' operational goals and objectives.

• Collaborate with the product development team to define and document clients' requirements for software enhancements and new features.
• Create comprehensive and clear specifications that serve as a basis for product development and customization.

• Develop and deliver training programs to educate clients' end-users on the effective utilization of our software solutions.
• Customize training materials and conduct hands-on training sessions both on-site and remotely.

• Provide expert technical support to clients, investigating and resolving complex issues related to software functionality, configurations, and integrations.
• Collaborate with the support team to ensure timely resolution of client inquiries and escalations.

• Utilize your expertise to develop and customize workflows for integrations and client-specific activities, catering to unique business requirements.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand workflow needs, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in implementing Concept Evolution, Concept Reach, Concept Workflow Pro, and FSI Go software solutions would be desirable.
• Microsoft SQL and SQL Server
• Strong knowledge of facility management processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing software solutions to meet client requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Experience in conducting software user training sessions and creating training materials.
• Solid understanding of data migration and data management principles.
• Ability to write technical specifications and documentation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
