Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in providing therapeutic services including various massages, facials, waxing , and body treatment with a focus on enhancing the well-being of clients through effective communication and tailored treatment plans. This role requires a compassionate individual who can manage client relationships while demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
Treatment Delivery:

• Deliver a variety of spa services (body treatments, massages, facials, waxing, and manicures/pedicures) in a safe and comfortable manner.
• Conduct assessments to understand client needs and develop personalised therapy plans.
• Adapt treatments to meet individual client needs and preferences.
• Utilize a range of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and aromatherapy.
• Perform skin analysis and recommend appropriate facial treatments.
• Apply waxing techniques to remove unwanted hair.
• Provide manicures and pedicures, including nail shaping, cuticle care, and polish application.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment outcomes, adhering to confidentiality protocols.
• Manage the front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling guest services.

Client Experience:

• Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs, and expectations.
• Build rapport with clients and provide personalized service.
• Suggest and promote retail products or additional services to enhance the client experience.

Operational Duties:

• Maintain equipment and sample inventory of products.
• Keep documentation and maintain client files.
• Keep spa treatment rooms clean, stocked, and inviting.
• Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations.
• Cooperate with administration and report on any arising issues.
• Apply best practices and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
• Engage in social media management to promote therapeutic services and enhance community outreach.

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Spa Therapist.
• Hands-on experience in massage techniques, manicures, pedicures, waxing, and face/body therapies.
• Experience in sales and retail will be considered an asset.
• Excellent knowledge of English language.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• User-level computer skills.

Degree or current license in aesthetics or physiotherapy (preferred)

Pay: £27,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
