The Role

As a Sourcing Specialist you'll be at the forefront of Talent Acquisition, responsible for identifying and engaging top - tier candidates to meet our organisation's hiring needs. Using your expertise in sourcing strategies and candidate outreach techniques, you'll search various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates who align with our client's - Goldman Sachs- values and requirements.

Key Accountabilities

Things you will do:
As a Sourcing Specialist you’ll support Goldman Sachs with hiring specialist and niche talent and will work on some of the more complex hiring needs that require strong business partnering skills and innovative approaches to finding and engaging with in demand candidates.

• Fully utilise the Applicant Tracking System to manage candidates and ensure that activities are conducted timely. Ensure data accuracy and quality are maintained through all processes.

• Engage with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to prepare for and take detailed briefs on role requirements, contributing knowledge and best practice, constructively challenging when needed to add value to discussions.

• Develop own network of sector-specific candidates and utilise networking skills to identify and engage with talented candidates (i.e., referrals from referrals, cold-calling, etc.)

• Actively utilise Linked In - not just with your Recruiter license to create projects, however, to post compelling content such as videos, insights and talk about your roles and client business areas.

• Build and develop talent pools of qualified candidates utilising our CRM and managing candidate communications to ensure talent pools remain relevant.

Skills & Experience

What you need to have to be successful:
Must Haves:

• Experience of sourcing/recruiting for IT/Tech roles

• Experience of creating and posting compelling information about AMS / Client roles on Linked In

• Experience of pro-active sourcing including the use of Linked In Recruiter as a sourcing tool

• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience

• Strong and proven sourcing experience

• Client interaction experience

Nice to haves:

• Experience of sourcing for Corporate/HR/Risk & Audit/Marketing

• Experience of working across Investment Banking sector

• Experience of sourcing for Tch/IT roles
