We are dedicated to providing a first rate home newspaper delivery service to the residents of Rothley along with a pleasant shopping experience for them when visiting the store which stocks a wide range of local beers, premium confectionery and a great offer on greeting cards, with a focus on exceptional customer service. There is also the village post office operated in store .
Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the store operations, including sales, customer service, and staff coordination and the home news delivery team,
•  Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and handling customer queries
• Maintain proper stock levels, ensure stocking, implement agreed purchasing plans.
• Ensure the store remains clean, presentable, and visually appealing at all times.
