Position: Studio Brand Strategist

As our Studio Brand Strategist, you will play a key role in securing top talent worldwide for our Ecommerce and Campaign shoots. Your passion for models and fashion, along with your ability to work closely with our Photography, Videography, Styling, and Hair & Makeup teams, will ensure we consistently deliver high-quality fashion imagery under the guidance of our Studio Manager.
Key Responsibilities:

• Source and book models for e-commerce shoots, commercial, and editorial campaigns.
• Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with the studio's vision and goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with UK & International model agencies to secure top-tier models.
• Work closely with the design and content teams to ensure all creative materials reflect the brand's ethos.
• Plan and execute brand campaigns that drive awareness and engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate brand strategies into digital, print, and social media campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
• Negotiate competitive rates for all bookings.
• Address and resolve model-related issues in alignment with company guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with the wider studio team.
• Manage and monitor the budget, ensuring cost-effective bookings.
• Work closely with the Studio team to cast and review new talent regularly.
• Contribute to team and departmental meetings.
• Organize weekly or bi-weekly castings for e-commerce models.
• Handle administrative tasks related to budgets and purchase orders.
• Source new talent from various agencies and platforms.
• Provide monthly reports on budget management.
• Stay updated with industry trends and practices.
• Plan ahead for peak periods to secure model options.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in brand strategy, preferably within a studio, creative agency, or related industry.
• Strong understanding of brand development, consumer psychology, and market research.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Creative thinking with the ability to translate ideas into actionable strategies.
• Proficiency in branding tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, brand management software).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
