The Role:
As a Support Engineer, you’ll be the go-to person for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring their tech runs smoothly.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Remote and Onsite Support: Delivering top-notch support to our clients both remotely and onsite.
- Device Management: Configuring and deploying desktops, laptops, mobile, and tablet devices.
- Application Deployment: Managing and deploying applications and services.
- Cybersecurity Maintenance: Maintaining and managing cybersecurity tools and solutions.
- Incident Management: Using our integrated tools to manage and update support service incidents and tasks.
- Client Interaction: Building rapport with clients and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Continuous Learning: Staying current with the latest technology and continuously developing your skills.
- Tech Enthusiast: Passion for technology and its application in bringing positive change.
- Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organised and Detail-Oriented: Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic support environment.
- Team Player: Collaborative and supportive, working well with senior support team members and infrastructure teams.
- Experience: Proficiency with Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 7 and later), Microsoft 365 apps and services, and endpoint protection technologies. Experience with Connect Wise Suite, Auto Cad, CCH, Net Documents, Adobe, Style Docs, Litera, i Manage, Sage, P11D, Carpie Diem, Partner4Windows, Contract Companion, Compare Docs, Trigold, Active Directory account management, and Azure Services is a plus.
- Previous experience working at an MSP
