We are looking for two experienced support workers to join our established Supported Living Service located in Weeley for challenging behaviour. We will consider one Part Time Support Worker.
Competitive salary.
Shifts run 7.30am to 9.30pm. Three shifts a week with One shift starting at 9.30am making the 40 Hours per week. .
You will be working alongside our experienced members of the team.
NO AGENCY STAFF USED.
Full funded training given.
The Successful applicant will:
Be able to provide a high quality of care and support for people with learning disabilities, autism and behaviour's that may challenge.
Deliver the highest possible standards of care and support in a professional manner at all times and in a person centred manner.
Encourage and promote independence.
Skills/Experience Required
Preferred but not required: NVQ 2
Full UK Driving Licence , 25 years of age or olderl
Must be able to work as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
YOU HAVE MUST BE Resident and working in the UK for a minimum of 1 year. NO RELOCATION FUNDING AVAILABLE FOR NON UK RESIDENTS. IF YOU ARE NOT A UK RESIDENT AND CURRENTLY WORKING IN THE UK FOR AT LEAST TWO YEARS DO NOT APPLY.
