About Us: Tapa Tapa is a welcoming Spanish Tapas restaurant located just outside the Ex Cel Exhibition Centre at Custom House in East London, right next to the new Elizabeth Line station. Known for our friendly ¡Hola! and vibrant team, we serve a blend of traditional and modern tapas dishes, complemented by Spanish beers, wines, and mixed drinks like Gin Tonica and our own house recipe Sangria. We also host private corporate events, making us a favorite spot for both visitors and exhibitors at Ex Cel.
The Role: We are seeking talented and passionate chefs to join our team. Our chefs are the heart of Tapa Tapa’s kitchen, taking pride in creating each dish from scratch with fresh ingredients. You will receive thorough training in all aspects of our menu, enabling you to master and produce our dishes to the highest standard in no time. Key Responsibilities:

• Food Preparation: Prepare traditional and modern tapas dishes, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team and front-of-house to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
• Menu Mastery: After training, be proficient in preparing all dishes on the menu, maintaining high standards of presentation and taste.
• Health & Safety: Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure a clean, safe kitchen environment.
