Synergy Care and Education are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support in a School in and around the Bournemouth (Dorset)
Here at Synergy we are looking for experienced Teaching Assistant who can join the team. We are looking for someone who has a real passion for the educational industry and someone who wants to help and support students that are in need of the support.
We are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant who can:

• To support children’s learning and to share in the care and wellbeing of the children throughout the school.
• Small group support and/or 1:1 support for a pupil, enabling them to fully participate in the learning environment.
• Provide support and assistance for children’s pastoral needs (e.g. dressing, going to the toilet, or the administration of first aid).
• To promote the school’s values and work well as part of a caring team
• Bring creativity and enthusiasm to each and every new day.

Skills:

• Patience and the ability to work well with Children and young adults
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with the lead teacher
• Organizational skills to assist with classroom management and student records
• Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the classroom and students
