Team Leader ( Meter Readers) - London, Inside M25
The Data Services Team are looking for one Field based Team leader to lead/mentor our SVA (Site Visits agents). The role is field based so will require the successful applicant to be able to travel and possibly spend time away from home for approximately 50% of their working week.
We are looking for an adaptable flexible multi-tasker. In this role, you will thrive on adapting dynamically to a constantly evolving landscape. You will welcome a constantly ringing phone & be able to think quickly & clearly when the clock is ticking. You will be able to help the individual while keeping the bigger team picture in mind.
A typical week will involve:

• 3 days out in the field with some overnight stays
• Support our % Energy by working with office teams to understand the priorities for the day and ensure these sites are attended
• Support managers through mentoring and training
• Analysis of all performance metrics at both company and individual level
• Online meetings
• Office Meetings at MK
• Working with third parties and the Site Visits Data Analyst to determine recruitment requirements
• On boarding and training of new starters

Applicants for this role must have:
· Clean driving licence
· Mobile, able to travel long distances and work away from home as required.
· Able to work in environments that require adherence to stringent safety rules.
· Knowledge of health and safety management and quality management systems
· Previous Supervisory/Management Experience of a remote team
· Good IT Skills
· Good level of written and spoken English
