Senior Residential Support Worker / Team Leader – Join Our Caring Family!
Pay: £14.00 - £14.50 per hour (Do E)
Hours: 37.5 per week (min 30 pw) – 1 on, 2 off shifts with sleep-ins.

Your Role:

• Lead shifts with heart—fostering safety, care, and happiness.
• Work with a dynamic team and external professionals to empower young people.
• Keep our home compliant with Ofsted regulations and ensure high-quality care.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in residential children’s homes.
• Leadership skills to inspire and motivate.
• A valid driver’s license (to help our residents with life activities).

• Your shift pattern will be 07:30-22:30, 1 day on, 2 days off, on a rolling rota. You will also need to do your share of sleep-ins at the home. Can you commit to this?
