Purpose of the Role

• To support the Audit Ready Food Safety Quality Management.
• To ensure that all food safety hazards are corrected as per the HACCP plan.
• To ensure that any risks to food safety or to the quality of the St Helen’s or Super Nutrio brand are escalated in good time.
• To maintain and develop a collaborative working relationship between Factory Operations and Technical teams.
• To support and facilitate the continual improvement to product, people and process as part of the business Mission and Vision.

Responsibilities

• Daily GMP inspections to ensure that any sliding standards to manufacturing practices are captured and escalated for effective corrective actions to be implemented.
• Coordinate the weekly product review of all products manufactured to ensure that Quality standards are continually being met.
• Assisting in Traceability and Mass Balance exercises
• Quality checking that all factory record keeping paperwork is on point.
• Assisting the wider business creating robust Work Instructions, operating procedures and policies.
• Sampling and Testing of Raw Materials and Finished Goods.
• Supporting Factory operations where necessary.
• Commitment to the business Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Reporting and escalating faults.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,500.00 per year
