We can offer hours to suit you. Traineeships can be 15, 22.5, 30 or 37.5 hours.

The Pure project is funded via the United Kingdom Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF). It successfully re-launched in April this year and has secured 1 year funding up until March 2025. The purpose of the Pure project remains the same in providing pathways into employment for people with complex needs. We are focused on helping people who are the furthest away from the labour market. Some examples of the people we work with include individuals with learning disabilities and difficulties, individuals with physical and sensory disabilities as well as those facing mental health difficulties and experiencing homelessness.

About You
We are looking for passionate people and friendly faces to join our team. You will have an understanding of the issues faced by our vulnerable customers and an appetite to develop your skills to work within an office based environment.
Key tasks
  • To learn to support in the delivery of administration duties within the PURE team, Utilising all Microsoft applications effectively.
  • To learn to engage with Intervention Workers via a range of communication methods to support with re-engagement to the project and to gather compliant evidence to achieve outcomes for the project.
  • To train in the monitoring of records on participants, progress and work with the team to develop structures, processes and routines that capture outcomes, evidence, and effective data for use by the team and for external partnerships.
  • To learn to work effectively and in partnership with other colleagues, agencies, and service users which in turn delivers a joined-up service to support people into employment education or training.
  • To train in reception duties- answering phone enquiries, greeting visitors, accepting deliveries etc
  • To train to assist the Quality and Compliance Administrator to produce minutes of meetings and reports for internal and external use. Provide administration support to quality and performance administrator as needed
  • To shadow Team Supervisors to manage referrals and PURE enquiries and to train in the coordination of events and jobs fairs

  • Trident Housing, which provides landlord services for the Group in respect of housing management and maintenance
  • Trident Reach, which is a registered care and support charity delivering person-centred care and support services. These services include supporting people within registered care, domiciliary care, people with learning difficulties, those with mental health needs, young people at risk, older people, BME groups, people at risk of being homeless, those seeking employability, education and training opportunities and those fleeing domestic abuse.
