£11.44 per hour. Fixed Term Contract
We can offer hours to suit you. Traineeships can be 15, 22.5, 30 or 37.5 hours.

We are offering 3 months paid Traineeships, If successful your Traineeship could lead to a permanent role with us.

The Pure project is funded via the United Kingdom Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF). It successfully re-launched in April this year and has secured 1 year funding up until March 2025. The purpose of the Pure project remains the same in providing pathways into employment for people with complex needs. We are focused on helping people who are the furthest away from the labour market. Some examples of the people we work with include individuals with learning disabilities and difficulties, individuals with physical and sensory disabilities as well as those facing mental health difficulties and experiencing homelessness.

We are looking for enthusiastic people and friendly faces to join our team. You will have an understanding of the issues faced by our vulnerable customers and a desire to train to offer tailored interventions to support vulnerable citizens to access education, training and employment
Key tasks
- Learn to effectively engage with participants and develop trust-based, intensive relationships to provide an appropriate level of support
- Train to mentor and guide the person in actively addressing barriers to work, setting clear goals, short- and medium-term actions consistent with accessing education, training and employment
- Learn to support the person’s progression through a menu of available employment support interventions in order to access employment and/or training at the earliest possibility
- Learn to maintain appropriate caseloads reflecting a person’s varied levels of need, in order to ensure a flexible, holistic support service addressing employability and wider personal support barriers
- Learn to communicate with partners agencies and other relevant partners to explore and access existing support to address the identified support needs of individual people
- Train to maintain an up to date record of individual SMART action planning and support provided through intervention logs
- Learn to participate in regular case reviews with line manager to review outcome focussed activity, discuss barriers to employment and explore training, education and employment opportunities that may meet needs of the participants.
- Train to deliver a high-quality service to participants and work in partnership with the project Administrator to ensure quality and compliance standards are achieved and monitoring information is accurate for our commissioners.
- Learn to take ownership of outcome targets and manage caseload in a timely proactive manner to achieve KPI targets.
The Group consists of;
- Trident Housing, which provides landlord services for the Group in respect of housing management and maintenance
- Trident Reach, which is a registered care and support charity delivering person-centred care and support services. These services include supporting people within registered care, domiciliary care, people with learning difficulties, those with mental health needs, young people at risk, older people, BME groups, people at risk of being homeless, those seeking employability, education and training opportunities and those fleeing domestic abuse.
