This is a great opportunity for a personable individual to join a busy team in Saffron Walden working locally and later on high profile central London projects.
Working closely with our Estimators, you will quickly learn to read drawings and specifications to interpret client requirements, produce accurate take-offs and price schedules of work.
You will become the main point of contact for our local builders. You will be responsible for discussing their requirements, pricing and winning work with them, then taking payment and managing the delivery of their projects.
Over time, you will start assisting our estimators pricing work on larger projects. You will also learn to help our project teams by monitoring budgets and valuing variations.

We are looking for a professional candidate with a positive and enthusiastic attitude, ideally from an engineering, workshop or sales background. Computer literacy is essential as is excellent spoken English.
