Key Responsibilities:

• Documentation Management: Verify shipping documents are complete and accurate.
• Liaison with Key Stakeholders: Communicate effectively with shipping lines, overseas agents, hauliers and forwarding agents.
• Customer Support: Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Customs & Delivery Coordination: Arrange customs clearances and coordinate client deliveries.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with clients and explore new business opportunities.
• Administrative Support: Handle general office administration and phone correspondence.
• Team Support: Provide coverage for team members during peak times.
• Financial Management: Perform job costing, raise invoices, and track purchases.

Candidate Requirements:

• Training Provided: No prior experience required.
• Salary: Competitive depending on experience

Pay: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
