At Roger Dyson Ltd we are looking for Trainee Operatives to join our Team.
The role
The main purpose of the role is to prepare all surfaces on commercial vehicles and components before they are painted to ensure an even coating and to achieve the highest standard of finish.
You will be responsible for filling, sanding, and smoothing surfaces that need to be sprayed. You will clean any contaminants, such as rust and dirt, using abrasive blasting equipment or other hand tools.
Skills/Experience

• Previous experience within manufacturing environment, preferably commercial vehicles
• Previous experience with hand tools
• Shot blasting experience desirable
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality in all tasks.
