At Farid Hillend Engineering we are a well-established organisation operating for over 50 years, looking to grow our innovative production team.
Who we are looking for –

• Confident and Motivated individuals who have an interest in learning the trade of welding.
• Ideally suited to those who enjoy working with their hands, this is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and a steady hand.
• You will have the ability and desire to operate machinery and tools following health and safety procedures.
• Ability to self-assess each unit ensuring it meets the required standards.

The position –

• You will be trained in house, by our dedicated team, over a period of up to 6 months, to give you the basic skills and knowledge to safely weld.
• After the successful completion of our weld school, you will then be allocated to a specific department to further your training and development within our company.
