Job Title: Trainer Assessor - Advanced Level ITQ
Hours: Full time 37 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £23,000 - £30,500 per annum (Depending on experience and qualifications)

Herts Resourcing Group (HRG) is currently working with a college in Cambridgeshire and we're looking for an experienced Assessor / trainer to work closely ICT and Multi-Channel Marketing apprentices and employers, guiding and assessing their progress to ensure they achieve their full potential and the best possible End Point Assessment grade in a timely manner.
You will:

• Act as main point of contact for employers and learners
• Provide high quality training, coaching, instruction and assessment to learners both in College and in their place of work as appropriate.
• Initially assess the learners to determine their readiness for the apprenticeship programme, and to establish an individual learning plan to support their progression through the programme.

You must:

• Relevant vocational experience within ICT and Marketing
• Must have at least an Assessor award
• Be able to drive and have a car
• You must have a DBS on the update service
• You must be available for work immediately
