An opportunity has risen in Education and Dog Training Department for a Judges Education Advisor (Accredited Trainers & Approved Presenters).
What the role involves:
To deliver an excellent customer service to Accredited Trainers/Approved Presenters, maximising value from our existing customer base and developing the Accredited Trainer/Approved Presenter team through onboarding/training and development to ensure they support the education of judges across the relevant canine activities across the United Kingdom.
The ideal candidate will have:

• A knowledge of the Judges Education across Kennel Club Canine Activities or a willingness to learn.
• An understanding of canine activities or a willingness to learn.
• Supporting the organisation of seminars and/or events
• Use of a CRM system.
• Account management style customer service.
• Managing a high-volume workload and prioritising within that workload.
• Complaints handling.
• Good level of administrative skills including precision of written communication.

We are looking for a Judges Education Advisor (Accredited Trainers & Approved Presenters) who has excellent time management and organisational skills are a must to succeed in this role, alongside the desire to assist the department to grow moving forward. You will need to be reliable and flexible with a can-do attitude and be respectful when dealing with internal and external customers. To excel in this role, you will have the ability to work alongside other members of the team and take ownership for the tasks you are given.
