Education Consultant
Job Title: Education Consultant (Sales) - Chinese Speaking
Department/Division: London | Sales/Service
Report To: London Office Manager
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Targets: Meet sales targets set by region, sales point, and season.
  • Sales Techniques: Implement skills and techniques to meet sales targets.
  • Quality of Service: Maintain service quality to meet the customer needs within out business scopes, meeting converting targets, and minimizing complaints.
  • Agent Network Management: Manage the assigned campus agent network and other marketing channels.
Sales and Marketing:
  • Promote Services: Contribute to sales through collaborating with marketing team to promote INTEN's services via social media, events, and referrals.
  • Lead Generation: Participate in campus visits, education fairs, workshops, and networking events to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
  • Channel Development: Develop new and existing marketing channels with support and supervision from the Office Manager.
  • Communication: Communicate current and future marketing activities to all levels of staff within the company.
Client Consultation:
  • In-Depth Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations with prospective students and their families to assess their educational needs, goals, and preferences.
  • Education Expertise: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Overseas education system, including universities, colleges, schools, and various programs.
  • Up-to-Date Information: Stay informed on admission requirements, application deadlines, and scholarship opportunities for different institutions.
Program and Institution Recommendations:
  • Research and Recommendations: Research and recommend suitable programs and institutions based on clients' needs, goals, and preferences.
  • Accurate Information: Provide clients with precise and current information on program details, entry requirements, tuition fees, and other relevant factors.
  • Informed Decision-Making: Assist clients in making informed decisions about their educational options.
Application Assistance:
  • Application Guidance: Guide clients through the application process, including completing application forms, submitting necessary documents, and preparing for interviews or tests.
  • Review and Feedback: Review and provide feedback on clients' personal statements, essays, and other application materials.
  • Institution Liaison: Liaise with educational institutions on behalf of clients to address any concerns or questions.
Visa Support and Pre-Departure Preparation:
  • Visa Assistance: Assist clients with visa application processes, ensuring timely submission and compliance with all requirements.
  • Pre-Departure Guidance: Provide guidance on pre-departure preparations, including accommodation, travel arrangements, and cultural adjustment.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Regular Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the consultation process, addressing concerns or questions promptly.
  • Strong Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Feedback Collection: Collect feedback from clients and use it to improve service delivery and enhance the overall client experience.
Job Types: Contract, Commission
Pay: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
