An opportunity has risen in Canine Activities Department for a Awards Advisor.
Responsible For:
Responsible for providing an excellent customer experience to participants of all dog activities by ensuring that all canine awards across all disciplines are processed and dispatched according to the department’s KPI’s. Liaising with the regional support network regarding post show awards submissions to ensure awards can be processed in a timely manner
The ideal candidate will have:

• A knowledge of Kennel Club awards (or a willingness to learn)
• Has a willingness to attend shows, events and meetings (both online and face-to-face) throughout the United Kingdom to support grassroots participants and promote The Kennel Club’s products and services.
• A good understanding of all dog activities, especially in relation to awards
• Use of a CRM system
• Has excellent time management and an unwavering determination to provide an excellent level of service for our customers.

We are looking for a Awards Advisor who will have excellent time management and organisational skills. Alongside the desire to assist the department to grow moving forward. You will need to be reliable and flexible with a can-do attitude and be respectful when dealing with internal and external customers. To excel in this role, you will have the ability to work alongside other members of the team and take ownership for the tasks you are given.
