Overview
We are seeking a Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards
- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
- Investigate incidents and accidents, conducting root cause analysis
- Provide HSEQ training to employees
- Monitor compliance with relevant legislation
- Prepare reports on HSEQ performance
- Maintain records of incidents, near misses, and risk assessments
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar HSEQ role
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Excellent report writing skills
- Ability to conduct root cause analysis
- First aid certification is desirable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £42,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
