About Us:
Eastend Training hires a dynamic and experienced Training Centre Manager for one of its sister companies. We seek a professional who can lead our training centre with strategic vision and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient delivery of training sessions and courses.
• Programme Development: Develop and update training programs to align with current industry standards.
• Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage the performance of trainers and administrative staff.
• Financial Management: Handle budgeting, financial planning, and monitor expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Marketing and Promotion: Promote the training centre to attract new students or clients and develop strategic marketing campaigns.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and effectiveness of training programmes and maintain compliance with relevant regulations.
• Facility Management: Maintain the physical infrastructure, ensuring resources and equipment are in good condition and health and safety regulations are followed.

Required Skills:

• Leadership & Management: Strong leadership abilities with effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse groups, including staff, students, and industry partners.
• Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with strong planning and coordination skills.
• Financial Acumen: Understanding of budgeting and financial management, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Marketing & Sales: Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies to promote programs and attract clients.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with educational technology and online training platforms.
• Adaptability: Ability to stay updated with industry trends and adapt to new technologies.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in education, business administration, or a related field. An advanced degree or specialised training in educational management is a plus.
• Several years of experience in training, education, or a related field, with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Professional certifications in training and development, project management, or educational administration are advantageous.
