CAT was formed in 2019 out of the success of its founding school Carlton Bolling. Since then, the Trust has experienced rapid growth, currently comprising nine schools (three secondary, three primary, three special). Our growth plan is different, in that we don’t have ambitions to become a large trust. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Payroll & Finance Officer to join our Finance team. This is a new role managing the trust payroll under the direction of the CFO. The role would suit an experienced finance and payroll professional, ensuring that employees are correctly paid to strict deadlines each month. In accordance with trust methodologies, the successful candidate would be afforded considerable scope to manage their time and duties as they deem appropriate with scope for home working.
