Scope and purpose of the role:
Warehouse Operative’s responsibilities include storing materials, picking, packing, and preparing parcels for deliveries. You will handle 1000’s of exciting new to market products and get to taste them along the way!

Responsibilities:

• Handling a large range of goods by Foda Box and its fulfilment partners including food (including nuts and meat), drinks and alcohol
• Pick orders ensuring a high level of quality and productivity to ensure we meet clients’ high expectations
• Use the handheld scanner to ensure a 99.5% pick accuracy
• Picks and packs products ready for despatch, ensuring any orders received before 2pm are despatched the same day
• Relocating products using forklifts (training and license provided) and pump trucks
• Inspect products for defects and damages and reports them to the Shift Manager
• Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimise warehousing procedures
• Ability to work under pressure, maintain accuracy, and keep deadlines in a time-constrained environment
• Consistently achieve targets set for your department
• Following Foda Box’s internal processes and procedures
• Abides by all company safety and hygiene regulations
• Keeps warehouse clean and organized daily

• All orders despatched on time
• 100% pick accuracy, using the scan features and double checking best before dates

Working times

• Mon- Fri
• Flexible shift times

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
