Job Overview: We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our small team in overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse facility. You will have a strong background in warehouse management, team leadership and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Oversee the receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods.
• Team Leadership: Be able to supervise and motivate warehouse staff, ensuring high productivity and morale.
• Safety Compliance: Implement and monitor safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Order Fulfilment: Ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality for all warehouse operations.
• Customer Service: Address and resolve any issues related to shipments and inventory.
• Stock Management: Monitor stock levels, manage stock rotation, and reduce stock loss.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Ensure the warehouse is clean, organised, and well-maintained.
• Reporting: Prepare and maintain records of inventory, shipments, and other warehouse activities.
• Training: Train new staff and provide ongoing training to existing employees.
• Relief Driving: You will cover driver holidays, if necessary.

Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Our opening hours are from 07:00 AM to 17:00 PM. Additionally, you will be required to work one Saturday in every three weeks, from 08:00 AM to 12:30 PM.
