Warehouse Team Lead - Warrington - Early or Night Shifts available

YOUR CONTRACT:
We’re looking for people who will help us ensure that packages go on the right journey.
Hours: 3.30am to 11.30am OR 11.30am to 1830
Hourly rate: 15.97 per hour

YOUR PURPOSE:
Work for us at our Sheffield site and help us move our world forward by delivering what matters. The job can be busy and hard work. But with your ability to pay close attention to detail and easily picking up instructions, and with the support of your teammates, you’ll excel at doing your work quickly and accurately.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage performance of shift and reassign duties as appropriate
• Organise and motivate team
• Support other team leaders and work with management team
• Complete daily reports
• Work to process safety, staffing and training
• Ensure service is maintained within specified deadlines
• Facilitates the smooth execution of procedures and management of systems

Your skills:

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work alone and part of a team
• Possess the ability to motivate others to ensure targets are met
• Be able to manage difficult situations and work effectively under pressure
• Possess excellent organization and time management skills
