Duties and Responsibilities
· Undertake monitoring and maintenance of building water services as part of the Legionella Control Program in accordance with ACo P L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
· Previous experience of working within L8 guidance and Cleaning and Disinfection of water systems is required
· Conduct monitoring inspections which will involve temperature testing of water outlets. TMV’s , inspection of cold water storage tanks and hot water storage vessels, water sample collection and showerhead disinfection
· Carry out inspections which will be undertaken using a Tablet and web based electronic log book system
· Responsible for self based delivery of a range of water hygiene related services in accordance with current legislation
· A good working knowledge of cooling systems, closed systems and hot and cold water systems is essential

Essential
· Demonstrate supervisor experience in a similar role
· Demonstrate working knowledge of the respective legislation and guidance materials ( ACo P L8, HSG 274 , Water Regulations)
· Full UK Driving License

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
