Specific Day to Day Duties
● Working closely with H2O Hygiene’s Account Management Team to provide update on jobs and highlight non-conformances and remedial opportunities where applicable.
● Raising Contracts and Jobs on H2O Hygiene CRM System.
● Converting Quotes into Contracts on H2O Hygiene CRM System.
● Liaising with Clients to process Purchase Orders.
● CRM Dashboard Management.
● Client Review preparation work to assist Account Managers where necessary.
● Sending water sample certificates to the client.
● CRM on-boarding and day to day management
● Liaising with Operations Department for site attendance dates.
● Analysing Engineer Reports from site visits and forwarding to the client.
● Sending Sales Orders with Terms & Conditions.
● Updating Client Legionella Tracker Reports & Management Systems.
● Updating Client specific management systems, such as portal updates.
● Attend client meetings with Account Manager where necessary.
● Compiling and transferring Asset Data onto H2O Management System.
● Delegate works to Admin support.
● Assisting with onsite queries to support engineers.
● Comply with H2O Hygiene's Health & Safety policies to ensure that the company's and your own personal safety obligations and responsibilities are met.
● Carry out duties in line with the Company Core Values.
● Update company training manuals where necessary.
Personal Specification
· Team player who is willing to get involved to achieve company objectives
· Good communication skills and able to adapt to audience presenting a professional image
· Demonstrates honesty, loyalty and commitment
· The successful applicant will be responsible for their own workloads on a daily basis
· You should be able to work efficiently upon your own initiative
· You will be highly motivated, flexible and can work unsupervised to get result in an effective way
· Customer focused, taking time to meet the needs of the customer
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year depending upon experience
