Microsearch Laboratories are a UKAS accredited Laboratory that has been providing analytical services to the food industry for over 30 years. We are a fast-growing company comprising of five separate laboratories based across two buildings.
We are looking for candidates to join our Diagnostics team as a Weekend Technician.
Duties will include.

• Emptying incubators
• Counting plates
• Scanning results and populating data
• Emptying waste
• Carrying out general diagnostic identification techniques.

The suitable candidates will be hard working, enthusiastic and reliable. They must be able to work productively as part of a team as well as on their own initiative.
Available shifts are:
Sunday 11am to 7pm, with a 30 minute unpaid break.
Essential Criteria:
Candidates should be working towards or educated to degree level. A degree in a science-based subject would be an advantage.
Rate of pay between: £9.47 - £11.64 dependant on age.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £9.47-£11.64 per hour
