Microsearch Laboratories are a UKAS accredited Laboratory that has been providing analytical services to the food industry for over 30 years. We are a fast-growing company comprising of five separate laboratories based across two buildings.
We are looking for a candidate to join our Diagnostics team as a Diagnostic Analyst.
Duties will include.

• Emptying incubators
• Counting plates
• Scanning results and populating data
• Emptying waste
• Carrying out general diagnostic identification techniques.

The suitable candidate will be hard working, enthusiastic and reliable. They must be able to work productively as part of a team as well as on their own initiative.
Hours
Tuesday to Saturday, 11am to 7pm, with a 35-minute unpaid break.
Essential Criteria:
Candidates should be educated to degree level. A degree in a science-based subject would be an advantage.
Rate of pay between: £10.03 - £12.14 dependant on age.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £10.03-£12.14 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week
