&nspb;: What you’ll do as an Accounts Payable Clerk:

• Process invoices for payment
• Verify accuracy of accounting documents
• Provide clerical support as needed to AP Manager
• Maintain safe working habits/conditions according to all regulations and policies

&nspb;:

• At least 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company
• 1-3 year’s minimum experience proving administrative support with a thorough understanding of accounting theory, terminology, and practices
• Able to demonstrate a strong attention to detail, strong organizational skill, and the ability to adapt quickly to meet changing deadlines and priorities are key in this position
• Proficient with Microsoft Business Applications (Excel, Word) and other accounting software
• Able to communicate effectively with customers, employees, etc.
• Able to pro-actively work independently, and are able to handle multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to prioritize work, anticipate and meet established deadlines

• Routinely: Use keyboard & mouse
• Occasionally: Exposure to outdoor elements
