Job Description
This position is responsible for the daily administration of broker-dealer processing workflow. Required to scan paperwork and records and may also be involved in outgoing mail support. With minimal supervision, completes a range of imaging and document processing tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize complex documents/records to enable them to process through the system
- Verify daily input/output as assigned and clear or inform supervisor of records requiring special handling
- Record and update information on appropriate entry screens
- Monitors and alerts coworkers and leaders of safety issues
- Performs peer spot-checks as needed
- Understands and achieves quality and timeliness expectations within specific areas of responsibility
- Assist in creating job aids
- Operates more complex equipment including mail metering machines, hand-held scanners, and imaging scanners
- Assists and oversees other employees in setup and use of equipment
Education
- 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience
- 0-2 years experience (Preferred)
Supervisory Responsibilities
- This job does not have supervisory duties.
Education & Experience (in lieu)
- In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $17.02 - 23.01 per hour and is based on experience and qualifications.The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
