Overview
We're seeking an experienced individual who can lead our team of Door-to-Door Appointment Setters to success. As the Appointment Setter Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving our business growth by overseeing the development of other Appointment Setters and guiding them to achieve performance goals.
Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Appointment Setters to achieve performance goals.
• Develop and implement training programs to increase the team's skills in setting appointments and customer engagement.
• Establish and maintain KPIs to measure the team's performance.
• Work closely with sales team to keep strategies in line with the business' goals.
• Go door-to-door to prospect and schedule appointments for our Solar Experts.
• Provide regular reporting to senior management.
• Mentor and motivate team members by creating a positive and hard-working team culture.

Requirements

• Experience in managing an appointment setting team or outbound calling team is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team to success.
• Reliable source of transportation.

Compensation

• Salary + Commission
• Commission based on performance
