• 2 + years' experience in fast-paced environments where you were able to successfully follow through on tasks while shifting priorities.
• Coachable and independently motivated.
• FTL Experience (Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed) a plus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

What You’ll Do

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing growth in the company through increased sales and customer acquisition. This role will prospect sales leads, contact potential clients, and nurture existing customer relationships. You’ll learn the industry quickly and develop the skills to manage shipments from start to finish.

• Create strategies to obtain new business (generate leads, make cold calls) and expand existing accounts
• Be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Complete sales activities (outbound phone calls/emailing prospects) and log all activities in CRM.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for your customers.
• Manage issues that occur before, during, or after transit.
• Develop and maintain strategic multi-level customer relationships to uncover specific needs and behaviors of key decision makers.
• Close accounts that move the needle for RFX.
• Be purposefully positive and encourage your peers.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned by management.
