Business/Client Analyst (Remote)
Full time, United States


You will be responsible for supporting the Senior Vice President, Global Client Team, and/or leadership team in financial analysis, business and ROI modeling, benchmarking and trending data from the client and internal perspective, ad hoc reporting and analytics, and projects.


As a Business/Client Analyst, you will

• Identify opportunities to improve performance against contractual terms
  
• Review financials for cost reduction, track variances to budget, and recommend opportunities to senior management for reducing expenses and increasing revenues
  
• Review client data for trends in specific areas important to client or industry changes
  
• Deliver monthly and quarterly ad hoc or program reports, according to deadlines, review and assure data quality
  
• Interface with appropriate departments assuring database maintenance
  
• Facilitate effective communication with all levels of the account management team
  

About you

• Degree in Business with an emphasis on finance (or equivalent experience)
  
• Prior financial analysis experience
  
• Knowledge of project management
  
• Knowledge of business and client management
  
• Knowledge of BCD Travel products and services
  
• Advanced skills on GDS Systems
  
• Good command of English

At BCD Travel we value you, our culture and success is defined by you. We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Business/Client Analyst is between $80,000 and $85,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
