Minimum qualifications:
- Strong computer and typing skills
- Prior Dispatch experience
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Ability to successfully pass airport mandated criminal background check
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to effectively communicate with field employees, customers, and other dispatchers
- Imaginative, resourceful and well-organized
- Works well under pressure with minimum supervision
- Ability to effectively multi-task and adapt to fast paced environment
- Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Aptitude to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Ability to think ahead, connect pieces of information, and coordinate workforce accordingly
